Je vous souhaite la bienvenue ! Je m'appelle Lewina K. Aldred (elle)

Je suis la fondatrice de Lewina K. Hypnosis et praticienne d’hypnose thérapeutique agréée qui aide les personnes à se sentir autonomisées dans leurs parcours et et à profiter au mieux de leur vie.

Ma pratique d'hypnose thérapeutique centrée sur le.la client.e jumelée à une expérience en relation d'aide auprès d'individus et de familles, vise le changement positive et durable dans toutes les sphères du santé et du bien-être.

Quand je ne suis pas occupée à soutenir les autres, vous me trouverez en train d'étudier pour mon bac en sexologie, faire une séance de yoga chaud, ou tricoter une belle paire de chaussettes colorées.
